Ministry Leadership Board
The Ministry Leadership Board (MLB) provides guidance and oversight for the ministries, activities and property of the Church. The MLB provides guidance, counsel and support for the Minister. It is responsible to the Congregation and functions only within the authority granted to it by the Congregation. The MLB consists of the Moderator, the Clerk, the Treasurer, the Financial Agent, five at-large members elected by the Congregation and the Senior Minister, ex officio.

Women's Fellowship
The Women’s Fellowship is open to all the women of NHCC, providing the opportunity to work together with other women on a variety of fundraising projects. The opportunities are on many levels and no special skills or talents are necessary.
Traditionally the Women’s Fellowship projects include the annual Harvest Fair and a spring tag sale with tables available on the lawn to the whole Town. It also supports community activities such as “Art Bra” and “After the Storm”, a support group for breast cancer survivors.
The Women’s Fellowship also assists with food preparation for church dinners, the Pierpont concert dinners and receptions, visits the homebound members with gifts and flowers and helps in the Food Pantry that feeds those in need in the community.
Men's Fellowship
The Men’s Fellowship meets for breakfast in the Carroll Hall kitchen on the first and third Saturday mornings of each month at 7:00 AM. Our chef, John Tibor prepares individualized breakfasts for all who are present. We welcome all NHCC men, friends and relatives.
Our members are involved in most areas of Church life and we are called “The Helpers”. The Annual “Philip DiPeri” BBQ is our main fund raiser for the general fund of NHCC. Being active in this group is a wonderful way to get to know the men of our Church.
